Forum Rules: All Read!
All members are expected to follow these global forum rules. 1. No SPAM. SPAM is posting just for the sake of raising your post count or posting something that is not relevant to the topic at hand. This includes one word replies (where not appropriate), a totally off-topic post or thread, and bumping dead topics. In addition, if you have something to personal (ie: Where have you been?) to another member use the PM function or it will be considered SPAM. 2. No Flaming. Flaming is saying something derogatory about another member. While the extent of the 'flame' is at the moderator's discretion, blatant flames or homosexual slurs are not allowed at any time. Any fights or flames should by taken to the Thunderdome. 3. No Advertising. This includes having a link to somewhere other than to another place on GameWinners in your sig. If you want to advertise your webpage, do so by putting it in the www space in your profile (you can always put in your sig to please click the www link) or by posting in the advertising forum. 4. No Outside Links. Outside links can only be posted if they are relevant to the topic - as in a direct link to a news story or a place that specifically outlines a game cheat that has been asked for. No inappropriate links (such as those to 'questionable' websites) are allowed at any time - even if they are asked for. Links to other places on the forums, the main GW site, or GameFAQS are allowed. 5. Signatures should be the length of 10 normal font lines or approximately 13 small font lines. Glow is limited to a strength of 15. It also must pass the 'bumper sticker rule' regarding its content (as in if you wouldn't see it on a bumper sticker, it can't be in your sig). The mods and members of the Testing Grounds will be happy to assist you with your sig if you have any questions. If you are told to change your sig, please do so immediately. Failure to do so will get your sig removed permanently. 6. Censor bypassing is the removal of one letter of a 'curse' word and replacing it with a symbol. (Example: Sh*t) This is allowed in all forums as long as the symbol is one of the 10 that can be made by pressing SHIFT and a number (1 - 0) on the keyboard. Full censor bypassing is only allowed in the Thunderdome. Any member breaking one of the rules will receive a warning. If s/he breaks a rule again, a ban will be requested. 7. Trolling is where a member provokes another member into an argument or flame war by means of flaming the member, or making a post when the member knows full-well that it will cause an argument or flame war. We do not tolerate this. PSX Forum rules There will be absolutely no bashing of PSX here. If you have a problem with the system, don't post here! It's that simple. If you really must complain, take it to Console Combat. Do not post the same question mulitple times and do not reply to topics with "I don't know". (SPAMSPAMSPAM) Do not post topics requesting ROMs or other pirated material. They are illigal, thus the topic will be closed. No noob bashing. Sorry guys, not my rule. 
Try to avoid posting Game Help topics. It would be highly appreciated if you could look for a forum dedicated to that game first. If you cannot find a forum for what you're searching for, then you may post your topic here. The following is a list of existing Game Help forums:
